These are some questions to be addressed in a lead generation process:
- Who, especially, are the people you need to attract?
- What is the age group?
- What is household income?
- What's their average level of education?
Once you have gather this information, the goal is to orchestrate your selling materials directly to this actual demographic target market to make buying sound like music to their ears.
For example, You would never advertise the opening of high-end luxury condos in a rural lower community? “Why? You would be wasting advertising money and time from promotion because your leads will not convert to sales. It's simple. The cost of purchase is more than the average household. The leads you produced were not quality leads thus meaningless.
Consider providing free highly rich content based information to your prospects, you will get a far higher conversion rate because you have established a trust relationship with them first. Setting up an effective lead generation process that works can be a lot of work but the rewards outweigh the time and effort obligatory.
